Dinner last night was grilled backstrap, served with black eyed peas and lays potato chips. Leftovers for lunch again today  Let the backstrap sit out for a while so as to not overcook, placed inside slices down over the shrooms on low heat. Then placed over some lightly buttered and garlic angel hair pasta. Yes sir had my daily spinach salad and cold milk. No Guy we did not get this glass at a gas station Nap time     Could not finish it all.

What would you do without milk Stub?
Also, did you sous vide that steak?

What would you do without milk Stub?
Also, did you sous vide that steak? Love my milk  And no I did not have Sex with my Steak

Also, did you sous vide that steak? Love my milk And no I did not have Sex with my Steak lol Okay I looked Sous Vide up, no I did not. I sliced the backstrap, then let sit out to where it was just cool, then warmed them up on top of the mushrooms while they cooked

I meant when you originally cooked it Normally I will grill them on my Weber using charcoal and mesquite, was lazy and did them on the gas grill.
