First cook on my new Pit Barrel Cooker...OUTSTANDING! Easiest and maybe the best smoker I've ever used. Cooked pork and beef ribs to break it in. Here's a pic of the beef ribs. Big, juicy and yummy. No affiliation but look up www.pitbarrelcooker.com. The best $300 bucks I've spent on a cooker.

I like beef ribs and those look good. There used to be an all you can eat beef rib joint in The Stockyards.

Been using a Pit Barrel Cooker for a few years. It is the easiest smoker you'll ever use and for $300 it can't be beat.
