I've had a bit of time behind a meopta not sure model (1400 price range) and was less than pleased. It was very hard to get a good picture with. Almost like the adjustment was too coarse. The razor hd (one of the better of the 3 mentioned earlier) bested it by a good amount. Ironically even though the NF is a meopta product the 2 I've used were exceptional. I've seen no spotter compare in glass to a Zeiss Hendsolt. They aren't exactly a hunting marketed but were out of this world good but the price is way up there.

I thought vortex was still using light optical for their razor line. But honestly haven't kept up.

As much has I love Swaro spotters price point just doesn't make it the obvious choice.

Meopta i may start playing with more just nothing I really need right now. Say that but I can always use a extra spotter in angled since mine are straight.

Although a bit dated, this will still give a good idea of the quality of the Meopta S2 spotters. I've had it beside my Kowa 884, Nikon 82ED, a Swaro 80 HD, and several of the Zeiss 85T (older model with dual focus wheels), and the S2 more than held it's own. I wound up keeping it and it takes a back seat to nothing I've seen(haven't seen the $5000 Swaros yet though)
