Seeing what interest may be here. Possibly looking to fill 3 spots for like minded hunters. When I say like minded hunters, I'm talking trophy management minded hunters that are willing to do what it takes to grow big deer. Each paid spot would be allocated roughly 500 acres that would be yours, and only yours. There are tanks and fishing on the place. Year round game, but we're here with trophy whitetail being the goal. Everything else comes second. No camping - we're here to hunt, not party. Owner does not want camping and I don't blame him - campgrounds can tend to be trashy. Google earth maps provided, blind/feeder locations marked, and everyone will need to be on the same page to make it work. The place has big buck potential, we just need to manage it, protein feed it, and take the right bucks. I'm trying to keep the pressure low. I'd possibly consider more hunters if we did bow only, but that might make it even tougher to fill up the spots. Rolling to rough terrain. $10/acre.

What part of the county? Sounds like a nice place. 500 acres per hunter Shiism y'all some really good bucks every year.

Yeah I know - camping can add to the overall experience. Have to stay in Cisco I suppose.

This may be a great lease. If there is 500 acres/hunter, at $10/acre, that is 5k a gun. Leases have got expensive, and you usually get what you pay for, however, that is out of many hunters (mine also) budget.
