 Question on Winchester M70 20MOA Base

Is there a different bolt alignment for the above bases for Winchester M70's made after 2008? I got a base for an M70 Short Action but it won't fit on my 7 mm-08. Bolt holes don't line up. My rifle was made after 2008.

Might be different for the super-short magnum cartridges vs standard short action cartridges-maybe they sent you the wrong one.
