Love fried okra. Discovered the frozen breaded kind too late in life. All looks great.

Okra was packaged. Used Louisiana blue bag, mixed in cornmeal, Slapyomama, garlic and onion powder on fish (I never measure anything). Fries hand cut golden potatoes.

Looks good!

I will eat the heck out of crappie, but recently had a fish fry used crappie and some nice eater sized blue cats. Fillets were easy to tell apart because they were fried whole. Everyone who partook preferred the catfish over crappie, that was a first, and the catfish had been in the freezer 2x as long as the crappie both caught from the same lake.

It's hell eatin em live

I have yet to eat blue cat. I think i will try it next time I catch one while crappie fishing. I usually catch a good flathead a year too. I always throw them back.
