I spend most spring and summer nights fishing, mostly on Graham Lake where I grew up and this last weekend the water was still so I took a few night shots of the power plant.

By the way, went to Rowena yesterday, the Lowake Steakhouse is now operational in the Turnrow building. It looked like the usually group of farm pickups out front, probably the old Turnrow crew having a cold one.

Nice picture, but more importantly, how was the fishing?

Cat fishing should get good, they had 4-6" of rain on the water shed today.

My father in law retired from that plant. He lives on the lake as well. He said they caught 25 keeper crappie Saturday when the storm hit.

Hey CMC did you go downtown to the Food Truck Championship? I blew into town about noon to pickup a truck and stopped by and walked around the courthouse. Lots of folks in for it and some good food. I saw two rare breed dogs while I was there, a french mastif and a Italian mastif! Rare to see one of those breeds but saw both of them in a small town gathering!

I didn't stay long...4-5 hour drive back home. If they had been selling beer I would have beer having few of those and eating like I was on death row! Then would have been sleeping in my truck since rooms were short supply around town. I avoid eating if driving long distance makes me lazy...the beer would have push me over the edge!
