I live on about 1.5 acres that has a drainage in the back. There has always been a big burrow in the ground back there that floods when it rains heavy. We had a bit of heavy rain yesterday afternoon and after dinner while we were watching TV I caught movement in the back yard, I suspect it was a momma, daddy, and baby fox. They looked soaked to the bone and made a B-line to an old abandoned barn just across the fence. Was a pretty cool sight to see. I wasn't able to get a picture of them, but have a few trail camera pictures of the adults.

nice to see, they probably do a pretty good job of keeping mice and rats population down around your place.

Keep your camera handy so we can see some photos. I like having them around.
