Lots of landowners won't report "mysterious" deer or sheep deaths for fear of it being anthrax and having to deal with the state. I can't quite see them being real anxious to report something that might turn out to be CWD. Just sayin'.

What are the exotic species that need to be reported ?

I didn't see that

For it is not the quarry that we truly seek, but the adventure.
