I already had leftover pot roast out for dinner tonight. My neighbor stopped me while I was mowing and offered me ribs from the picnic yesterday. I declined. How many of you had leftovers from your holiday? Anyone burned out?

We had leftovers.
As many that come and go through our house, they usually don't last long though.

I eat a lot of leftovers but I never eat the same meal two nights in a row. A rack of ribs makes 6 meals for me. I make three meals during a little over a week and then freeze the other half for about a month later.

I'm pushing smoked ham and pork outta here. I give away most of what I smoke these days.

ended up not cooking anything over the weekend ... was busy Friday thru yesterday and even went shopping with the wife at BPS and Academy (I got stuff too ) ... it was pushing 6:00 pm when we got done, so we swung by Olive Garden for dinner. She had left overs but I didn't.

Not because I didn't try. GF and I went to Bandera to visit her folks. Lemme tell you that lady makes a chicken fried steak and all the trimmings that should be a feature in TEXAS MONTHLY. Tried to get my GF to negotiate for left overs.....wouldn't do it. That's OK I know the way back!
