thinking about selling mine, I just took it off the Sako 85 I sold. Scope was mounted in Sako Optilock mounts which use a nylon ring insert, so not a mark on it. box, papers, nice lens covers. 16 rounds shot under it.

I may keep it for a future project but seeing if there is any interest. Sell's new $879 everywhere.

Seems most on here except DocHorton are looking for lesser expensive optics but, what the heck.

thanks for opinions nidea

$879 X .8 = $703.2

That's 80% of retail. Isn't that as much as a quality scope will bring?

Buzz I would start at $750 and be willing to come down to $700. 2cents

And hope they don't go on the optics forum. grin

I would not ask $879 more like NP suggested

No BT, just a great hunting scope

I'm sure I will be building or buying another rifle some day with a optic need

I also have a Leupold 6.5-20X40, duplex with 30mm tube

Both fine hunting scopes. I will post pic's with the for sale thread.

thanks for suggestions guys.

Both will sell pretty easily. I just sold 3 older Leupolds - I priced them where I thought they would move quickly - and boy did they! Must have been off a little. smile

I would probably keep the Z-3. I have a couple of them on hunting rifles and they are about perfect on a whitetail rig. Same glass as the 5 & 6 but in a nice compact light weight package.
