Aren't we all? I know that if I don't pay my taxes they will not be happy whether I own the ranch out right or the bank still has an interest.

What I never understand is the term used in the north and Midwest about "granting trespass rights." If the right to enter and hunt is given, then it is not a trespass.

"Concession" doesn't imply anything about a fence on way or the other. The one I'm about to hunt in the Yukon is 10,000 square miles - give or take.

True statements above regarding a Concession. Since the beginning of government controlled safari hunting in all of the countries in southern and central Africa, government leases have been referred to as concessions. Hunts conducted on privately owned ranches and farms are not.
