OP NewGulf THF Celebrity N Joined: Sep 2009 Posts: 18,543 New Gulf, Texas	2-18 pd briskets and 1-17 pd brisket seasoned and ready to sit until around midnight tonight! each one going into a large bag to be sealed off until the pit is around 200 degrees tonight! sealed, iced and ready! now to sit and wait cant wait to get these briskets going! the pecan is ready to burn here tonight

You can also get lids for them. No tellin what is on those walmart bags, but I probably wouldn't want it on my raw meat.

Sorry man it was a long night and even a longer day, evening and night yesterday. Everything turned out great. the briskets were perfect and there was only a little left after serving over 70 people. heres the pics sorry it took so long. heres one of the briskets right after i took them off. this is all that was left. every piece of crust. every small piece of any size was eaten lol they were perfect.
