My old Lab Rufus would chow down on some cold cantaloupe. You had to watch out though, it would give him the vapors something fierce!

I can't even get more ice cubes out of the fridge at night without having two dogs climb over each other to get their share

My dog likes a cup of ice water. It has to be crushed ice though or she turns her nose up.

Would you have fed them pounds of grapes if you had read the above article first? For your dog's sake, please discuss it with your vet.

After reading that it seems like we don't really know what it is or what it does. Most of the stuff says its bad for dogs and may upset their stomach. Little different than it is for us.

Acute canine kidney failure due directly from eating grapes is hardly "upset stomach".
