Patty no thicker than 1/2 inch, no pink in the middle. Buttered, grilled bun. Thinly sliced tomato and onion, dill slices, iceberg lettuce, with mustard, or Hellmanns, or sometimes both. Cheese no cheese, it doesn'ty matter. An Alpine burger is real good to, with Mayo, sauteed mushrooms, onions, lettuce, and swiss cheese.
