How is your trigger set? Is it to a wire in the back of the trap or....

By the second photo looks like a stick holding up the gate. Stick needs to a bit longer and open at least two of the doors.

Might try some sort of hook supported from the top of the trap to hold the doors open, with a wire to a trip mechanism in the back of the trap. Put bait inside the trap everywhere so the first hog in doesn't just run to the back and trip the doors. That will allow time for more hogs to enter before the doors drop.
