Tough due to drought last few years but some up and comers in next 2-3 years. 5-6 year old class basically non-existent. Crops/food plots really help because the deer (especialy MD) will be camped out and bedded in them on the large farms.

Large place, may be the one I saw on Craig's list ad which looked promising. We are due east about same distance from town. MD better on the canyon cedar breaks and WT in the mesquites. Good luck to you.

Back in the 70's and early 80's I used to quail and turkey hunt around there. Spent a lot of that time winching my truck out of the sand pits.
coffee spelled backwards is eeffoc. I don't give eeffoc until I have my morning coffee.

A lot of dust when it's dry and when it's wet it's tough to get around....4wd is a must, not good for sidesxsides. A lot of hunters have a hard time finding white tails out there, more of a Mulie type territory.
