Who has the best To-kill-ya? My vote goes to Gilbert's El Charro in Tyler. They mix in a little Everclear to get the job done!

Gloria's Restaurant. Their house Margarita's are very good. Extremely cold, extremely smooth(you can't feel individual ice crystals) and very strong.

Probably not hte Best tastin, But definetly the strongest
There is a place in old town Cozumel called Pancho's front porch or Sanchos back yard, or something like that. Strongest Margaritas I have ever had. Made with Everclear. Kinda like the old Filling stations "tuneup" Wont sell you but 2 of em.

+1 on Joe T's and Gloria's. $3 house versions for happy hour at Gloria's are literally the best alcohol buy in Fort Worth in my opinion. I've watched Joe T's prices go from $15 to $25 per pitcher over the past 10 years, so they aren't quite as good of a deal as they used to be. But they still pack a punch.
As far as the absolute best, well you can basically get the same thing anywhere. Any decent restaurant's top shelf version will have fresh-squeezed lime juice, Cointreau/Grand Marnier, and a great plata Tequila like Don Julio or Chinaco (my personal faves). No sweet n sour! Probably run about $9 for one of those.
Man I love Margaritas.
I wish I was West of the Pecos today.

Casa Tomas in Nacogdoches... $1.50 on Tuesday nights and they mix in a little everclear as well. Will mess you up like a snake under a lawnmower.

I'm not much on mixed drinks but if the limes are not too sour The Traditional at Desperado's runs a very close second to my father-in-law's recipe.
The things that will destroy America are prosperity-at-any-price, peace-at-any-price, safety-first instead of duty-first, the love of soft living, and the get-rich-quick theory of life.

As a retired bartender of 12 years, I think mine are the best! You can mix them yourself; heres the recipe: In a 16oz. glass 2 oz Hornitos Anjeo Tequila (key ingredient) 3/4 oz Couintreau Fill with Jose Cuervo Margarita Mix Shake the pizz out of it, salt if you like Enjoy
