Annual Lease runs from May 1 through April 30. 365 day access. Children and spouse of the paid hunter allowed to hunt off paid hunter’s quota (2 bucks - 1 Trophy, 1 cull. No doe at this time (maybe later- Landowner's call) Deer, hogs, dove, ducks, coyotes, bobcat, some turkey. Absolutely No quail hunting. Mostly mesquite. This tract hasn't been hunted for over 5 yrs. Bass fishing pond in main pasture. Separate, gated campsite (directly across from this tract)with Elect (you provide hookup and pay qtly) & water (well), no septic. Family friendly. Working cattle ranch, not a "party & atv running around" type lease. I'm the lease "captain" according to the landowner LOL. so its a part of the 480..this part of the lease only has 80 acre that the 1 bowhunter would hunt??no long gun hunting including shotgun during turkey spring season??

Does the 1 bowhunter have exclusive on the 80 acres? i.e. no other hunters on the 80 acre separate?
Does this 1 bowhunter spot have access to other 400 acres for turkey, hog, dove, duck, in addition to the camp?

Exclusive hunting rights on the separate 80 ac. Shotgun ok on the 80 for birds, etc. Use of the other 400ac for birds, varmints, and bass fishing. I forgot to mention this is a working cattle ranch with 70 or so head, and landowner moves them from pasture to pasture at any given time. Never been an issue. Thanks again.
