Go through an outfitter in N.M. and wait to be drawn. They do all the work for you.
If this is something you want to do PM me and I can send you emails with the outfitter I signed up under. It's way cheaper than buying a landowner tag.

I have an outfitter in Idaho with guaranteed tags. Traditional Western style hunt. This hunt takes place in the Frank Church River of No Return Wilderness which is the single largest designated wilderness area in the lower 48 states of the United States. The outfitter has sole access to 65 square miles of this game-rich country. Very Experienced outfitter/guide with a high success rate.
Aug-30-Sept 30
$5500-$6000/7-8 day trip.
