half a can of wolf brand chili and 4 large eggs makes for some of the best breakfast you can ask for. My grandmother was from Corsicana and this was the same breakfast her mom made for her back in the 1920's. I love this stuff and i'm sure yall will too if you try it out! My wife makes something similar a few times a year, except she does fried eggs on toast then top it with the chili.

Put it on a paper plate man! You know he don't like cast iron...

We make something almost exactly alike but we add sliced fresh jalapenos, chopped red bell pepper, and onion. Gives more flavor and some color. The peppers add a little crunch to it unless you cook them down. We toss in the peppers when we take it off the heat. Slap it into a tortilla and sprinkle on some cheese. Makes for a good, easy deer lease breakfast!
