So far I haven't found out what Blend of Hardwood pellets I have in Pit Boss's 40# bag. No where on the bag states what flavors I have..i.e. Apple,Hickory,Cherry etc. Their website states the bag consists of a COMPLEX BLEND of hardwoods good for cooking different kinds of meats...etc etc.
I sent the company a message and will call them tomorrow . Maybe I will find out exactly whats in the bag. If you know, let me know. Thanx
