I'm looking at buying some property a little south of Bangs, Tx but don't I'm not sure how good the deer hunting is. Does anyone have any info they can share about the area?

I'm a bit further south and east of Bangs. Good deer and turkey. Some have lots of hogs, but I don't have a problem.

I owned a place just sw of Bangs . The deer were coming back good from the drought on our place when we sold. It is great country out there . Lots of different kinds. Great bird hunting in alot of that area. Check the place over good for sign and try to talk to the neighbors if possible.

I hunt north of Bangs. Not a crazy amount of deer but enough to keep me interested. The quality is really well though. We see big bucks every year

lol we use to drive by there headed to a lease... every time we drove by someone would yell BANG and make everyone jump.... good times
