Dogwoods and friendly folks are the only thing I miss from East Texas....

Gary Well, you can usually find some poke salad or frogs to eat if you get lost. That's a plus too.

We have one in our backyard. The plan this year is to add several more plus some maples and azaleas.

Just a couple more. Taken yesterday. These were both in the I.D. Fairchild state forest between Palestine and Rusk.
