These pictures are from eastland county, I think I can make out abilene on the company logo.

If someone recognizes this truck/company let me know, I need to see what they are doing on my property.

That looks like an AEP electric truck, the electric power company for the area. American Electric Power, you have electric lines out there they could have looking for a downed line since the wind has been blowing 90 to nothing lately. Blew the steeple off a church in Tye and one of the light poles at the football stadium.

If you have a transmission line crossing your property, they could be doing almost anything, from repairs to inspections. Do you have a right of way nearby, for utilities?

Mmmm Hmmm

Thanks everyone. This is the second time a truck has taken this "route" through my place.

What's odd is WTU has the locks on my place, not AEP.

Does anyone have AEP's contact information?

They "shouldn't" be taking these roads, there are better roads maintained by the oil company, these are trails I've made that I wouldn't take my truck, only an atv.

Does this truck look like an AEP vehicle as well?

Looks to me like someone who technically has legal access through employment is taking advantage of the situation in non-employment fashion.

WTU became AEP a few years ago in our area and I am a little bit south of Odessa. That most definitely is an AEP truck in the most recently posted pictures.

That solves half the mistery then, I'm going to call AEP and see what is going on....there are no lines running along the route they took.

That truck in the last 2 photos with the 4 wheeler is not an AEP truck, it does not have the red lines on the bed. Oilfield? Or trespasser? Maybe landowner?

It seems that way recently...These are actually the first trespassers we've had in 4 years.

They haven't done anything, yet, but there is no reason for them to be where they are.

I am the landowner.

Oil business folks are required to give notice before coming on the place...you would know if was Oil folks....the second truck could be a contractor of AEP clearing lines, that would explain the entire story, I did see lines in the back ground and they may use the 4wheeler in impassable areas

the man at the top of the mountain didn't fall up it

I'd move a camera to a spot that will catch the license plates and then call the sheriff if they come again.

Dang Trespassers, I caught some at my gate a week ago, a kid gets out and says this is the place whats the combonation. I stepped out and he jumps in the truck and hauls ars.
It was a white truck also with nothing on it.
Ranch hand says someone was on the place a week before.
I need a cam to put up.
I am in Erath county so probably not the same ones.

I talked with AEP, they were very helpful and determined to find out who this was. They called back today and said the AEP truck was an Abilene meter reader, helping the cisco office, he got lost...which actually makes sense due to him driving back and forth in front of the feeder.

The one from december doesn't sit well, I actually didn't realize it was during deer season until now...just didn't register with me.

The last two photos are photos of someone looking to hunt. Company trucks nearly 95% of the time have logos so there is no confusion. Legitimate folks in the oil and gas industry dont want to be shot or shot at so they put logos are their trucks and give notice to the landowner.
