Nice! Looks like that concrete is about 4 feet from the water's edge!

Nice! Looks like that concrete is about 4 feet from the water's edge! It is. Guest will be able to walk right out of the screened in porch and onto the pier and fish.

This is looking good. Keep the updates coming. I'm hearing great things about Daniel and his guides.

Nice! Looks like that concrete is about 4 feet from the water's edge! Might be a dumb question. Does the pond have an overflow or spillway. Hate to see water flood your lodge.
Life is too short, as is. Don't chance it. Don't text and drive.

That's what I was thinking, hope that water never rises....you're braver than me. There's not much slope either...looks like a strong wind will be blowing water on your porch or if it rises about 6" you'll be needing a bilge pump! Nice looking place though.

Pond has overflow and the only water that can get into it is water that falls from the sky(besides what we pump into it). It is impossible for any runoff to get into the pond as we built the pond up about 5 foot from the surrounding area along with the lodge.

My bachelor party was a bay fishing trip with Run N Gun a couple years ago now. It was an amazing trip for sure. It was back when all of the coastal area was flooding and the bay was nasty to say the least and we still caught limits that day.

That sunset sure is going to look good once she's complete! Sitting on the screened in porch overlooking the water while enjoying a cold beverage or nice cigar while dinner is being prepared. Whether you're looking to just get away, entertain customers or do a corporate team building event, we can handle it all. Phenomenal bay fishing, premier waterfowl hunting & golf course next door! Looking for a wedding reception venue or rehearsal dinner location, look no farther! The possibilities are endless!

Looks Awesome! Random dumb question I guess no worries of that shoreline eroding away is there?

Looks Awesome! Random dumb question I guess no worries of that shoreline eroding away is there? No. We control the water depth completely and a pier and bulk head will go in once construction is a little farther along. Plus the lodge is on 76-12ft piers, so even if we removed all the dirt the lodge would then sit on stilts like a bay house. Basically the concrete/foundation isn't going anywhere as it was engineered like in comparison to a plant/refinery.
