If you have 3 deer I would recommend Talents in Riverside off Hwy 19 its alittle drive but, it's worth it in my opinion. They make some of the best smoke sausage and summer sausages I have tasted. I don't drive there unless I have a couple deer.

everything was vacuum packed That goes a long ways. I do most all my own processing except for smoked sausage. I use Midway in Katy for that, but I hate I got to take it all home and vacuum seal it all.

Bellville Meat Market all day long. Way too many complaints out there about Midway for me. From being shortchanged to not getting your own deer back. It may just be internet lore but the rumor has been there forever. No thanks, I don't want to take my chances.

Kane - last year we had pan sausage, burger, jalapeņo and cheese summer sausage and Cajun sausage made, it was all fantastic. They have quite a few options, going to try a few others when my son fills his cow elk tag next month (we hope )

Kubys in Dallas
I also had good luck with Stephens Wild Game processing in Abilene.
I used Delks as well, but their policy to pick up your deer within a week doesn't work for me. Delks did a good job and were very friendly, but I live too far away to pick up within a week.

Shannon's in Cherokee. A little pricey but in my 46 years I have used a ton of places and they are by far the best. Everything is vacuum packed and labeled with hunters name and cut of meat. Good people too.

I've been using Hamilton's I Weatherford for the last couple of years. Good price and I really like the way they vacuum pack everything.
