SEC guys what's the deal with Delta Dawn song? Is that the SEC theme song? Or is just the song they are pushing this season. I keep seeing it on all these Instagram post.

The money, the transfers does not equal poor excuse for humans. All the teams can do it and many players have the same opportunity. The quality of the teams is affected but it is not like anyone team or person has all the good, locked in. I don't like the way transfers etc. happen but the best team still usually wins the game in the midst of a packed stadium.

I assume it’s just something currently trendy on social media.

Some teams have songs they play and sing regularly during games. Bama has sweet home Alabama and Dixieland Delight.

LSU. Louisiana Saturday night.

Obviously Rocky top.

I think everyone plays Friends in Low Places.

Texas is going to break tradition and go with a Prince song.

Recruiting has really fell off my radar. I’m not nearly as interested as I once was. Guys narrowing it to 3, then verbal, then decommitments. Then a new top 5.
Even if they sign, they could just leave in a year.

It’s still nice to pick up big players. But, It now comes what a lot of questions.

I heard it...... same here not really up to date on things either.... My wife is jacked up about the season, the son is sitting out the season, because he's fixing to become a father, and I'm so, so about this season. I don't know if the whole new era of college football is appealing to me anymore. I'm pretty excited about going to the Michigan game, but can't say that about the other games.

Yeah, not good. We had too much depth and then transfers and injuries have completely depleted the RB room. Sark is currently having other position players try out at RB for depth. I wish the portal was still open.

I think it does. No one can be accused of being very tough any more. If the coaches have a really tough spring ball because of a lousy record the year before, more transfer than do not transfer. Too many so called players transferring because transferring is easier than toughing it out. Instead of using the fact that they have been moved down on the depth chart, they transfer. Portal has created a bunch of p _ _ _ _ _ _.

I dont even follow football but Im wondering why the lounge is so quiet.
Colt McCoy retiring seems news worthy.

Colt was a great college QB. Made the most for a third round pick making 25-30 million in the nfl.

I’m not sure about his next job, but would rather listen to him than RG3.

Texas has one scholarship available. Due to all the injuries at running back, they are potentially looking at the transfer portal. It’s bare bones at this point, but maybe there’s a grad student out there that could provide a little bit of depth.
