No need to spin it. They'll bring in way more talent from the portal than is leaving. M Murphy is a good player and I wish him well, but they will be fine without him next year. The players entering the portal will just open up scholarships for guys that will more likely play.

Depth will be even more important next year. To be the champion, you will have to play a couple extra games.

Long term, he's thinking NFL. But for the at least the next couple years, he just wants to start. He said it himself in an interview last night. Best of luck to him. He was nothing but gracious his entire time here. I think all Texas fans want to see him succeed. It just wasn't going to happen at Texas assuming Ewers comes back and Arch stays beyond next year.

I'm not going to pretend I regularly watch volleyball, but that was impressive by Texas last night. Wisconsin had girls 6' 9", 6' 7", 6' 4", 6' 3" and Texas was still able to get plenty of kills to win in 4 sets.

Same here, was searching the channels and came upon it. Would have been fun to be there. Might tune in Sunday depending on the NFL schedule.
