That's NOT what you're using in the .28, though, is it? If I were a betting man, I would bet the 28 Nosler is getting a diet of the same brand of powder but add 10 to the number on those bottles.

That's NOT what you're using in the .28, though, is it? No , you are correct not using it in the 28 Nosler. It's getting a healthy dose of Reloder 33. The Reloder 16 I have so far used in the 6.5 Creedmoor,30-06 and the 7.5 Swiss. All results were positive. I was lucky about three weeks ago to find several one pound bottles in Misississipi and then stopped by another place and they told me they a big order coming in mid September so I checked back since I was down south and sure enough they had it.

By the way I learned a new trick on the little adventure. We were having trouble getting the Sig Kilo 2000 to give readings at 1 Mile. It was pretty bright sun and it would do fine to about 1200 yards on bushes and trees but at 1 Mile nada. We had two vehicles there and I noticed the ranch truck had two large strips if reflective tape along the back near the license plate. I had my partners drive down to the target while I sat at the bench and as they drove slow I got readings with no problem at 1 mile off the rear of the truck. We reversed it later and shot just the plates on my vehicle and it worked perfectly. This maybe old hat to some but I remembered it from the talk Nick gave at the Litz's class about using certain type paints for reflective levels while they researched RF comparison's.
