Well I have received several emails since I discovered his tank source. He says my stand is now complete and he is waiting on Windows. He claims Deerview is way behind and he is waiting on them. Makes me wander if he is not paying them either? Not holding out much hope to ever receive my money or stand. I have not heard anymore from all the other guys who have been taken as well... Any updates would be welcomed...

Did you call deer view?

Call Tyler and he will 9 times out of 10 tell you he hasn't paid...File charges and collect and move on, He does not have Cast here to defend him anymore and the guy is obviously a Crook who is taking peoples Money..SMH

Take him to court for product and house lien. When you win figure out who the blinds belong to and pass them along. Or everyone get together and sue him. Someone needs to get the dirt bags attention!

Have documentation. I have been to small claims before, it works. If you get a judgement in your favor and they don't produce then you place a lien on whatever they have. It tends to get their attention!

i'd think for 8 or 9 thousand dollars
that you'd be able to hire a real
professional welder to build a steel
stand and tower on site that would last
until you were too old to use it.
that, and still have money to pocket.
there ought to be some members here
that could supply that service.

I spoke with Deer View and they are running about 20 days behind now, due to everyone waiting until nearly deer season to order. This by no means explains my stand not being delivered since 12-2014. Deer View did say Dan's order will be reay Friday for pick up. We shall see what happens after that..

Me either but I couldn't stay optimistic after all this time and think I'm still gonna get my blind either. I would have done something by now not sure what but something.

I have yet to receive any tanks to date. I have every intention to build them once I get some tanks. They told me they only pull about 20 tanks per year, so this might be some of Dan's problem not getting the supply for the demand. However he should not over extend himself like he does.
I received a phone call Monday from ole Dan claiming my stand is complete, just waiting on windows from Deerview. I did speak with guy at Deerview and he did say they were running about a week behind on window orders. Nowhere near as severe as Dan portrays the back up to be....

We will see what happens. I am curious if any of the other guys have had any luck getting their blinds??

These stands are great....a buddy and I just finished one and it will last a lifetime.

Finally got my tower. Dan and his grandson drove to Ohio and made the delivery. He had some equipment problems but very creatively solved them and got the 20 footer up. It was 14 months but I am pleased with what he delivered. Can't wait to try it out - especially give Ohio cold weather.
