It will create a double edge sword. On one hand some folks, including myself, will never recoup there losses. However, if you cut the head off the snake it can not bite anyone else.
I am working on some thoughts to help those taken by Dan, once I get started. I welcome any ideas that you might have to offer.

Last weeks work scheduled sucked due to 5 ½ inches of rain during that time period…we were only able to work 1 & ½ days but we do have your unit ready for paint…we have another unit we are trying to get ready for paint and do the paint work on both at the same time…

So many times, I have had the urge to go by and talk to Dan, just to see what he says...he isn't far from me.

Irritated? After $9k, I'd be having a class 4, G14 Classified conniption fit.

All of ya'll need to bring this guy into small claims court.

You do not have to hire an attorney to file on him up to 5 grand.

At least you might get some leverage to get him to deliver. If not, lean his house and one day at least you have a chance of getting your money back.

I think you can claim for the product OR your money. I learned the hard way. If he can't produce either, he might be able to be sentenced to time. It was many, many moons ago, so my memory is quite fuzzy.

He's got 15 of these "in process of being built" at his yard in Fort Worth. Most of them pretty much complete.

Saw the tread a few weeks ago and gave ole Dan a call to get some ideas on how he done his windows and such as I just bought a tank end off a different guy on this forum. Ole Dan showed me all around and I crawled in most of the ones he's got set up.

Hate what's happened to so many on this thread. He seemed like he could be a shady character.
