Ordered my tower in 12-14 and still no stand. I posted my invoice on here and Cast even went by and spoke with him in person about my stand, and still nothing. I had my lawyer send him a 10 day demand letter, with no response. After digging into his background a little bit, he appears to be nothing more than a scam artist. He owes a ton of folks money, one could only assume from his deer stand venture.

I hate to say it but I bet the IRS gets their money before any customers do. If there was anything to take the IRS probably seized it already. You could get a judgement against him but that's just going to cost you more money that you might never see anyways.

I am into this guy for more than $10K. I paid in full like a dumb idiot!

The last I heard is he was still operating. I am not 100% sure so anyone with more info please correct me. I think Cast has been by the operation recently. The sad part is, how many more victims is out there we do not even know about?

Every time I open I want to respond however it makes me sick to my stomach read every single one of these post. I wish I would have seen this thread before I became a victim myself late last summer.
My wife and I put an order in for a mega tower! To get an idea we are out A LOT!!!!!
We contacted him in February after I ran across this thread and found out he had yet to start! I pointed out this thread and he stated they were all lies. He stated he was ordering my tower that day And it would be done By July or I would get a full return in $$$$$ for our deposit. We got that in writing.

We have heard nothing from him since April. After reading this post and hearing that the irs is after him for back taxes and back child support I'm to the conclusion that we are out A lot of $$$$.

I'm sure the IRS will get there money before me or anyone else does.

Wife's going to make some phone calls tomorrow however I'm saddened to say my $ is probably paying his bills to just live life.

Guess I will keep an eye on this thread and see if any updates are given.
If I hear anything or find anything out I will post up.

Man, just keeps getting worse. Sure hate that for you and all the others that were took by this guy. Would like to say that you could still end up with either the money or a stand, but at this point and with the additional information, I seriously doubt it.

I have only seen one person that has anything good to say and he never got a blind, he was just baffled by the and felt good about not getting one. Might have gotten his money back, not sure though.

Yeah I wish I actually had seen this thread before I made the move. I was driving out to my property and saw one sitting in a median at a gas station so I walked up and saw there was a flyer. I guess he is loaning one for the gas station to sit out front and catch peoples eyes.
