I went twice with no luck for back pain. I lost a bunch of weight and no more problems.

We have a local educator that from what I have heard was in a very bad way, almost disabled. A local Chiropractor totally, completely, fixed her.

Scam Artists with a license to steal.

Had couple of college buddies go into the profession, the went to Parker College in Dallas. I would go up there and give fake names so him and his buddies could have so many adjustments for part of graduation.

My buddy has been doing it for 20 plus years now, he works he auto injury / work injury game he seems to be making a pretty nice living.

It's a last resort for me, though I've had some good ones. I've had better luck with an Osteopath (MD that does manipulations).

The problem with manipulations is that I seem to need them more and more once I start.

So I go with a progression:
Stretching > Anti-Inflammatories (Motrin) > Deep Tissue massage > Primary Doctor > Specialist (Osteopath)
I have not had to go past Motrin for years.
