Those bass have some beautiful color. I miss East Tx fishing. The lake has a special color it puts on the fish... its as clear as you could want it but only for a few feet then it goes pitch black from the sediment or minerals in the water I guess..

I keep it pretty simple.
Use most any cut out of a deer ham like top round, bottom round, sirloin tip, etc... make sure all silver skin/tendons are cut out... how every much you want really depending on liking of meat.
small stew onions green beans, or pea pods kernel corn carrots broccoli, or not... just add a bit of finish in the bottom cut up small tender taters, or sweet taters bag of ranch powder one pouch brown gravy mixed up in a cub of water or beef broth.. I like water
put tonys and cracked black pepper on top of the meat and let it sit on top of the vegies while cooking for the first hour on high.. then set it to low for the rest of the day.. I usually start it first thing in the morning and its done by dark. also like to sink the meat in the juices and let it cook for a hour before eating...

salad huh, not what I've come to expect from you sir.
If I send my neighbors a text and ask them to give me feedback on my lawn and plant rye into a giant dong pattern, I'm probably going to get some less than positive feedback. Same goes here.
