You nailed it - yeah that is expensive - there are also cheap cars and trucks and expensive ones - the expensive ones are that for reason - cheap houses and expensive houses - do you get more for your money? Of course you do. We all have choices on where and how to spend our money - if it is a deer lease where I could kill a LF 200 inch deer then I may do that - or I can hunt hill country and kill a load of deer for my money. Again it is all about choice and the freedom to choose

Yep. And the one above is only $16.60/acre. The CL one is $76/acre. The big one's a much better deal and you'll kill much bigger deer there.
