I never get calls, I never get snail mail (not even magazines since I opted out of them years ago), and the only email I get is what I choose to receive.

Join online and there is an option to opt out of marketing materials. Gun Owners of America funds litigation efforts, which is important and a different front for battle and worthy of support in addition. Or do nothing, complain about the NRA and don't wake up surprised as Bloomberg, Soros and their minions prevail in their never ending efforts to take your rights.

Yep, there are a lot of organizations that want what little expendable funds I have. Some I would really like to support and even feel a bit guilty about a few. However, the NRA has and always will have my support. We need that voice in DC.

Buzzsaw, you are not a traitor, I respect your decision and reasons for leaving the NRA. Having spent some time in DC with the Dept. of Homeland Security, it scares the crap out of me regarding what the liberals will do if given the chance.

With Scalia's passing, I would encourage everyone to contribute to the NRA.
