My college roommate will be bringing his 12 year old son to compete with his 270 Win. The course of fire is geared to the average shooter. Stages will have some easy shots mixed in with some difficult one's.

Walking on the range- The water crossing at the 100 yard line is still under water as of Thursday last week ( Jan 28). It's a little soft around the 200-500 yard area. I'd wear some shoes you do not mind getting muddy. There are areas you can walk without getting muddy, but there may be a few soft areas.

Buzz- DO NOT TAKE CR 3805, again, DO NOT TAKE CR 3805!!!!!!!!!!!
3805 is the CR that connects to Hwy 11, but when it's wet, like now, it's near impassable.
I go 121 to Hwy 11, then come down 3830 to 3835 to the range. That's a good way.

I would love to show up and watch, meet folks and maybe shoot. But a previously scheduled quail hunt with the family is going to keep me away. I'll tune in after the shoot for highlights.

I am wanting to bring a 4 wheeler but don't have any ramps to unload it. I can load it because my driveway resembles Mt. Everest but will anyone have ramps at the match I could borrow for a few minutes to load and unload it?

I probably don't but if the walking is hurting one of the older guys they can use it. I got no issue walking I got young joints still thankfully.

No need for anyone to bring ATV or UTV. I have a Polaris Ranger on the place if someone is not able to walk 600 yards in one pass. That is the longest walk of the day, then we back up 200 and stop, repeat.
