I can hunt a few small groups for Nilgai Bulls before Christmas. The weekends of Dec 11 and Dec 18, we could do either or both for 2 hunters each

All dates for Nilgai are booked through the end of Feb. Now booking for March through September.

By any chance you have photos of a comparison between what a cow and bull look like? Would love a bull, but not sure if it is in my price range

This is a picture of a pretty good cow. Middle 2 weeks of March are open at the moment. After that is fairly open at this point. Hunting Nilgai in the spring is a lot of fun...they are usually active, it's comfortable weather, and you usually see a lot of game.

How good are they to eat? Never tried one.

Extremely good to eat and extremely lean. Even the big bulls are excellent to eat
