Match the grey color of the webbing. Yep...same with base..... rings & scope match the blackish grey.

What about the bottom metal??
I'm a black guy, but I'm old and conservative...I do think matching one of the webbing colors would be cool
Who is going to do it for you or DIY? I'm a DIY guy on stuff that isn't integral to the function of the rifle. So I'll be doing it. And yea, bottom metal will be painted too. And possibly rings. Don't think I'll be painting the scope.

Will the barrel be fluted? No. It's a thin factory barrel I'm having cut down. I'll rebarrel it down the road.
