I agree with the fellas that feel, if you like him, take him, that simple. He is a nice buck and no shame in mounting that buck for your 1st, hell, I have smaller bow kills mounted than that buck My 1st few deer when I was young where does. It is your hunt, make the best of it and enjoy your decision.

Just an aside, I don't know why, if when a guy is loosing/leaving a lease, he'd shoot deer he wouldn't have before? You don't get money back for lowering your standards.
