The best test would to be to fill the feeder that drew the least amount of deer last year with the orange corn and see if there is any change in whats coming in.

I think if you use the mixed fruits you'll get these: I have these two awesome bucks on my place. Why are the genetics not getting passed on to the young ones?
To be determined

I use that hard to find "cheap" corn. Don't really care what type it is. If they get hungry enough, they'll eat it.
I have found that corn in plastic sacks will mildew faster that corn in paper sacks.

I noticed the last time I filled the feeders that it had mildewed. Never had that issue with paper bags. Who knows?

On the way to the lease last season I stopped at a gas station and they usually have corn so although overpriced I wanted to pick up a bag so I could corn the sendero. They had the orange scented corn and since that was all they had I bought it. I used it and the deer were not turned off by it. They love corn period so I couldn't tell if it made a difference or not, but all I can say is they didn't shy away from it either.
BTW it isn't orange colored, it's orange scented and looks like regular corn.

Saw the Orange corn at Walmart yesterday, not to sure about it It's no good, don't buy it! Just kidding, the deer and hogs don't care, and they'll eat it just like any other corn. I bought some last year as that was all I could get but I won't go out of my way to buy it or pay more if standard corn is available. It's more of a gimmick to get you to buy it over other corn.

The reall hunters make their own corn. Take 1 bag yellow corn and mix with 24 pack Sunkist. It works way better than store bought and saves you $$$
