You done opened a can of worms on this one.. I use 55gr remington core-lokt psp. The damage that little bullet does inside the body is unreal! That bullet is not a Core Lokt. Just a PSP varmint bullet. Right you are. I use Remington Express 55gr PSP. Maybe it's a varmint round but it turns into a buzz saw inside a deer or pig. Never needed a second shot in 20+ years I've been shooting it. Longest shot was 120 yds.  yep. They can work great for lung/heart shots. But I would stay away from bone and quartering shots. YMMV I use Remington Express 55gr PSP also and always take hi-point of the shoulder shots. Killed a lot of deer with it with great success. No tracking with those shots.

Have you used this ammo for hogs? If so what is your experience with it? I am now using some 223 Hornady full boar 50gr with a gmx bullet. I have yet to see what it does to hogs but I was looking for ammo that I can use for dual purpose, for either hogs or deer.
