About when is the red phase? I stuck one late October early November last year with my recurve. Regular size yote but defiantly had a red tint in the fur. North east Texas river bottom.
It ain't easy being me.

Thank you all for your suggestions, they were all pretty much what I was expecting. The reason I was so curious was because it was actually our wildlife biologist that originally told me it could be a hybrid of a red wolf/coyote which is why I started researching them. And as for the location name change, that's pretty common as far as antics go on our lease. If you like that, maybe next time I'll post some pictures of us "Bigfooting" our guys game cameras. Basically all that consists of is to walk bare-assed real close to a game camera so all you get is a blurry naked shot which is always a fun surprise when you go to check your game cam pics. Thanks again guys!
