No way a $2000 revolver belongs. The 10/22 and Marlin 60 belong. The Ruger Mark I, II, and III should be one there. Take off 10 of the shotguns. Maybe I missed the 870. Mosins are a fad...a fad I made a little off of. Not a great list, not bad. Why not 2K revolver? If price is problem then explains why my lovable Winchester Mod. 21's didn't make the list. Not hard to hit 2K plus on firearms anymore!

If the topic is "50 Best Guns Ever Made" it does, and Pythons weren't always $2,000.00 revolvers, that's just what the market turned them into.

that list is terribly constructed, it was broken down by type; pistols, rifles, and shotguns.... in no world does a handgun out rank a rifle.....

'When a man with a Colt meets a man with a Winchester the man with the Colt is dead' I love my Woodsman. It's simple, graceful, elegant even and it's a lot of fun to shoot. And I think the AK-47 is the only rifle that might even come close to the 1911 as far as total numbers produced.

Depends on the Colt. If you have an M16 or M2 Browning then the Winchester man is the plant food.  Speaking of, if this is a list of the 50 best guns ever made - WTH is the M2 Browning "Ma Deuce" that has served this country so well since before WW2. that list is terribly constructed, it was broken down by type; pistols, rifles, and shotguns.... in no world does a handgun out rank a rifle.....
