Not sure who you are referring to as deer lease commando, I simply asked the man a question about the extra 2k and the above quotation was his response. And in that response is all I need to know about this guy, right from the word go he was very defensive and arrogant, almost to the point he couldnt believe I asked about the other money. He also has informed me that he is not even the 12th gun, so hes either the 13th gun hunting for free and making 2k for setting up "The Deal", or he is going to broker it out. I could copy and paste the total conversation, the one where calls me a craigslist dumbass, when he posted it on craigslist BTW, or when he calls me a f***** retard, but that wont solve anything.

I never pushed my opinion on him, and I do have one for sure, I just asked a ? and this is where he took it, so theres that.

The statement he made about "you and your lack of knowledge" sounds damn near similar to the friend I was referring to in my statement. I am on your side 110%...especially if he is the 13th gun. Ok here's the deal with rank. I told this guy I was needing 11 people and me being the twelveth. He sends me an email questioning the additional 2k. I don't know about you guys but I'm not going to put up that kind of money manage the place show it and pay what every member pays. I have to leave a buffer for just in case. Anybody would, it's good business!!!! Rank is only mad because he got sent an email stating that he didn't make the cut. I am number 12!!! He for some jealous reason is only trying to sabotage the deal and I can assure each person on here I and every man I've selected is legit. As far as leasing a plase on the river that holds mulies and wt is a no brainer, I challenge you to find another one. This is a great place that I have seen before. Holy crap, I just saw where this guy posted an email I sent him after I'd told him politely to go away and he sent at least four more refusing to do so. I'm not really sure what's on this guys mind but the fact he's gotten on here to bash me is scary.. Enough guy's! Go on another post, or better yet start your own. Not knowing both side, but from my own experience I understand what Ntxarcher has to deal with. Lost a few good friends, or so I thought, having to chase them down for lease money. When they knew full well when it was due.
If you got the 40k put it up and select your own group and make your own rules, other than that move along.

There are going to be a lot of friends lost if you are cramming 11-12 guns on this lease. Take some advice from someone who has hunted this area and knows where this place is, limit your hunters to 6 and charge more per gun. You can find 6 like minded hunters and this is a good area, but 12 guys is way too many. The last thing you want to do is drive 4 hours to the deer lease and have 10-11 other guys in camp, half of whom you don't know or don't like and then try to figure out who is hunting where. Not going to end well. Also, the guy ramrodding the lease deserves a better deal, so I certainly don't have a problem with half his lease being paid for by other members or him hunting a year for free on a 3-5 year lease agreement......as long as he plays by the same rules.

Actually do know, rank and bsmizzy are 100% right this guy is not one to have for a manager nor one to want to have in camp. Guy was kicked off a lease for a reason. Drama starter there and as it looks hasn't stopped yet where ever he goes.

Looks like he wants to be paid to start drama at the lease! lol
