Cody, when you say "our property", do you own it, or are you a hunt broker, or just what is the relationship? I'd also be curious as to the size of each individual property or properties, not the concession size. I've hunted Africa 3 times and love it BTW.

I am technically a broker but the owners Ian and Kobus are very, very good friends of mine and partners in one of my HF whitetail ranches here in Texas. We spend several weeks together every year between them coming here and me going there and Kobus and Mac (head PH) speek daily via a mobile app. When a hyper books through me it cost them absolutely ZERO dollars over what it would cost if say Kobus booked you. That is where the big difference is in our relationship. Lots of ranches send real brokers a price list and the broker adds "juice"/$" to those animals and then sells them at that new price.

Our main concession is where our new 5 star lodge is located is 10,000 acres. We have access to over 100,000 acres across the country so we can put our clients on nearly any requested animal. Our main base is home to many many animals such as Sable, Cape Buffalo, Kudu, Waterbuck, Gemsbuk, Giraffe, Southern Impala, Warthog, Common Blesbuck, Tsessebe, Limpopo Bushbuck, Burchells Zebra, Common Dieker, Cape Eland, Nyala, Stienbok & Blue Wildebeest to name a few.

We have a bush plane and air strip on the property in case we do have to travel offsite for a certain animal or to hunt a different concession. 80% of our hunts take place on our home base land. Things like Elephants, Lions and Lepords are done on ranches near by for the simple fact we have consessions with world class trophies. As we pride ourselves on harvesting great trophies with our customers.

I will be spending all of Ausgust on the ranch next year and can't wait to get there!
