I have only one 22. It's an old Remington 552 speed master that was my dad's.

A very old Remington 510 Target Master single shot that belonged to my Grandfather Ruger 10/22 Colt Courier I sold a Marlin 60 to a friend and I'm suffering from seller's remorse. I'll get that one back before too long.

Me too. What's the sense, as .22 LR seems to have become THE hot and scarce commodity?

I have a Marlin model 60 that belonged to my father. It has a Leupold 2-7 rimfire scope and is very accurate. Recently I went over the stock and metalwork with Renaissance polish and now it looks better than new. Beautiful gun, lots of fun to shoot. I almost bought a Winchester 1885 in 22 lr at the last gun show, but this one had a matte finish on the metal, so I passed on that. If it had been gloss, it would have gone home with me. Probably the classiest 22 available today is the 1885 low wall falling block from Winchester. Pricey - but well worth every penny. 1885 Low Wall, 22lr Ruger 10/22, Glenfield Model 10, Ruger 22/45, Marlin Model 60, Remington 597, Marlin 888SS .22WMR, and the poor man's falling block Stevens Favorite with octagonal barrel.

CZ 455 22/17hmr Manners T4 Yankee Hill suppressor Timiney Trigger What in the world! Awesome rifle! Why the suppressor? because with Lapua SK standard plus the only thing you hear is the firing pin spring The gun is holding an 1" at 150yrds and 1.75" at 200yrds.. at 25 and 50yrds they are all stacked in one hole.

I own a Remlin-era Marlin 795. Canted sights and a poorly machined dovetail mount. I wish I knew to look for those things when I bought it.
It shoots ok, but like most people who've bought one, I which I'd gone with a 10/22

I got one of those in .17 HMR that I haven't started playing with yet. Have a Timney ordered for it now. Shot a buddy's 452 in 17 HMR this past weekend and was VERY impressed with both the round and it's accuracy.

Winchester model 1890, 107 years old, shoots shorts only. original open sights, best plinker I have, lost count of how many kids I have taught to shoot with it. Winchester model 190 with a Weaver 4X that came with the gun from the factory, got it for my 13th birthday (1974), used to be pretty good hitting squirrels on the move with it.

Horrible picture, but here's my 22. Started as a 20-year old Ruger 10/22, added a Hogue stock and Tactical Solutions aluminum bull barrel. Gun is very accurate (even with a cheap scope), feather lite and a blast to shoot.
