The good news at that price point you have several quality bows to choose from. These days, there is no bow that has a significant advantage over another. Anyone who tells you otherwise is not being objective. I guarantee you there's a guy out there with a big-box Diamond or PSE that will humble you. I agree with others go to a bow shop and shoot several. I once spent over an hour shooting 4 different bows...when I bought my first bow I was honestly little intimidated to walk into a pro shop. Don't be...most shops are extremely patient and will help guide you with no pressure.

I don't dig most Mathews but the Chill-R looks interesting. Levi morgan shoots them gotta be good right LOL

I shoot the before mentioned PSE EVO, IBO 340. Super smooth and plenty dang fast. I bet you can get one at a pretty fair price these days.

Elites are making a lot of noise but... idk havn't seen any feature that blows me away.

Hoyt is a one of the big dogs but I don't know too much about them honestly.

I'm not a bowtech fan...

the bow will pick you... Go to a good shop (NOT BASS PRO OR GANDER OR CABELAS) and shoot a bunch, see which one you don't want to put down.... there you go... and if you do this method don't look at the dollars lol

MDH,

I have a Mathews bow that I restrung last year. Due to limited time I have to step away from bow hunting.
I would rather have the bow being used then sit in my closet and do nothing.

I am sure we can make something work.

I will send a PM.
