I know stxranchman. When i toured the property with her and she was telling me this it sounded far fetched to me as well. However after checking the other properties out via google earth the living quarters on the properties are in disarray and in pices and there were no campers or anything on the property to the best of what i could see. So 4 years 3 years of no hunting maybe not but if she had said a year i might be inclined to believe it. I just really do not know and have spent a good bit of time with this lady already and she seems like a person who is honost so i believe that what she is telling me she was told now whether or not the neighbors were honost is the question.

I like the milo idea as that will also help with the dove during dove season next year.

Local hunters won't camp, they just drive from their home. With all the oilfield workers living in Three Rivers, George West or Tilden all available leases are leased at top dollar.
